Hououbiden大地 無濾過本生 純米吟醸酒
Cozy.GI found out that the "Japanese Sake Brewery Exhibition" was being held at the Takashimaya Department Store and wandered in on my way home from work.... Perhaps because it was Friday, there were more people there than I expected. There was also a gourmet event being held next door at the same time, so I guess it was just a side event.
This sake was recommended to me by the owner of my favorite izakaya (Japanese-style bar), and it is the brand that made me a sake lover in the first place. I bought it immediately after meeting it for the first time in a long time 😁.
The aroma is great and the way it spreads in your mouth is fantastic! It was gone in no time 😢.
