I was told that this sake was made by Nishi Shuzo, the brewer of Takarazan, and when I tasted it, it was a candidate for purchase because of its good balance. I also had a Junmai Daiginjo, but it seemed refined and reasonably priced, so I decided to have this one.
I was surprised at how good it tasted when I first drank Tominohouzan, and they have done the same with sake. I wonder if the liquor stores near me carry it....
