Cozy.GA cheesecake shop opened in my neighborhood, and for some reason, sake was lined up next to it. I asked the shopkeeper why, and he told me it was because the store was owned by a liquor store. The world has evolved beyond imagination (laugh).
This sake, recommended by the waiter, has a tangy, fresh taste and is a must repeat. I would like to try other kinds of sake. I was even more convinced when I visited the brewery's website...
