It's not sweet. It's not fruity. Anyway, it's delicious. It has so many different flavors that it's almost like a soup stock. I've enjoyed it cold and lukewarm, and I think it's definitely better cold or lukewarm. The strength is great, but the flavor is great too. This is my new favorite brand. Taketsuru ☺️.

It is gentle on the palate. The aroma is not strong and is lightly isoamylated. However, it's not hard to drink, and it's not too assertive. It's a drink you want to drink quietly and slowly.

It's slightly carbonated & juicy, but it's brought together later with a bit of a small bitterness. The label has a fruitiness to it and the drink is a grapefruit color, so it's like this? It's a drink that you can drink just like you thought it would be.

The sweetness and deliciousness of this sake is just right, but the alcohol content is high, so it's not something you'll notice 😅. I think it's good chilled, but I personally like to drink it chilled or lukewarm. I think it would go well with some kind of sweet and spicy sauce.

It's a dusky 19 to 20 degrees. It's a combination of Yamahai Honjozo Nama Genshu, which I've never seen before, or maybe I just don't know, but I personally thought it was unusual, so I tried it. As I wrote at the beginning, it is a heavy sake, so it would be good to pair it with a rich snack. If you type Fukutsuru, it will be Nagasaki, so I typed it by hand. It seems that it is not drunk much here.

I've always thought that I wasn't very good at sake, but I thought that if I didn't drink old sake, I wouldn't be able to say that I understood sake, so I've been drinking it here and there. All of the old sakes are softer on the palate, but I felt that many of them had a strong aroma and were drunk slowly. This one, however, is easy to drink. It's fine at room temperature, and I think it's even better if you warm it up a bit. It's the quintessential Kikuhime.

When you taste it, you feel the acidity, and then the bitterness spreads to your mouth, but the umami extends nicely, and the acidity and bitterness cut through it. The reason it doesn't taste like Aizan is because I drank Tenbi before that. Personally, I like it a lot.

It's a little late now, but this is my first Tenbi. I wondered what it would be like, but it was a lightly fizzy sake with a fruitiness that made it easy to drink. As the temperature rises, a soft bitterness comes out, and compared to drinking it cold, it has a little more complexity, which I think I prefer. It is delicious because everyone says it is delicious.

A sake that goes well with pasta 🍝? It's supposed to be good with bongole or peperoncino, but it's soft on the palate and has a light bitterness and flavor that spreads afterwards, so it's a food wine. It would certainly be good with an oil-based meal. By the way, the label is good.

A lukewarm infinite sake. It's mild and mellow on the palate, not overpowering, and goes well with just about anything. It's an all-mighty, anything-goes bottle. I think this is a good place to start for an introduction to heating sake.

I was able to find an authorized retailer near me, but I haven't had it yet. It's 18.5 degrees, so I'm going to enjoy it like a whiskey in a rocks glass with ice. I've been drinking a lot of Midorikawa, including Kitajo, Junmai Ginjo and Junmai, and it's been my favorite lately. In fact, I only have Midorikawa in my house. Anyway, it's perfect as a sake for eating, it's gentle and round, and you can drink it easily without a single clue. Midorikawa is really, really good. If you have a chance to drink it, please do so. I was a little hesitant to give it to you because I haven't drunk it yet, but the others are too good. I'm planning to drink it on some good day.

It has a concentrated green apple feel to it. It's refreshing and a summer sake, but it's 16 degrees so the guy will die if he keeps drinking it. Laughing Shiki is one of my favorite brands, and the sensations are all different and all good. I want to drink Vanilla Ansanse again.

I think it tastes better than when I drank it before. The sourness comes first. Is this an Omachi? But at the end, it makes you feel the fullness of Omachi, so I think it's Omachi, or maybe it's just the way it's made.

It was a cup that combined lactic acid and citrus acid. I couldn't drink Tanaka Matsumoto because it was already sold out the day after it was sold, so I was happy to be able to drink the Busha Shugyo series.
