Ishtar
I've always thought that I wasn't very good at sake, but I thought that if I didn't drink old sake, I wouldn't be able to say that I understood sake, so I've been drinking it here and there. All of the old sakes are softer on the palate, but I felt that many of them had a strong aroma and were drunk slowly. This one, however, is easy to drink. It's fine at room temperature, and I think it's even better if you warm it up a bit. It's the quintessential Kikuhime.
