A delicious, sweet, junmai sake. It's as natural as "Shizenshu"! It's hard to believe it's 80% rice polishing ratio, but I get the impression it doesn't contain anything impure. It's just after the autumn, so it has a great flavor. It's an autumnal sake, but it's also good to drink it sipping after the start of winter!
After the second day after opening it, the acidity came out lightly and the taste of the drink progressed further.
