A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!

Junmai one-cup of Koyoromo. This is the first time to drink Koyoromo. It is an orthodox Junmai sake, not heavy and refreshing, but it also has a hidden luster. I see that the brewery makes all of its sake from junmai sake. The label is Hiroshige's 53 Stages of the Tokaido, Nisaka.

I think it's rare to find unfiltered raw ginjo 🤔. Slightly sweet and nutty. It has a strong sweetness and umami. It's a good combination of modern and classic without feeling like it's been alkaloosoaked. If the label is a little more modern, it will sell well. After 10 days, it became bitter and hard to drink.

First impressions are a sharp taste with a dry finish. There is sweet apple flavor with a hint of wood / taru. Good combination with foods that are on the salty side. This is a limited Sake.
It is a solid, head-on, robust sake with the power of a yokozuna, which I felt when I drank Tsururei. The most royal of all the royal roads. This is sake. It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and umami, and is not too pungent. It has the richness of unfiltered sake. It does not have a raw sake feel. It is powerful but not too strong or too thick, so it can be used with anything except sashimi, such as grilled or simmered dishes, or heated up in a hot pot.

☀️ It has a light sweetness and a passing acidity 😚. The ginjo aroma passes through the nose. At the end, the flavor disappears and the aroma remains, and it's whiffy. ☺️

Oh, this is an easy-drinking type. Omachi. I couldn't read it, so I asked for something that looks like a deer squealing, but it's Rokumei from Rokumeikan.

There was one that caught my eye, so I had a glass. It was a good, refreshing sake, which I didn't think was a honjozo. Delicious.

Ibigawa! We received this from kino.✨ Thank you kino. for everything 🙇♂️ First of all, cold sake! Sweet and delicious! Alcoholic taste like Honjozo! Then hot sake The alcoholic taste is mellowed. And the sweetness and umami are amplified. It's so good! ❣️ With yellowtail sashimi from Harunobu in Niigata! It went really well together 😋.

Cooled Sake
I bought this at the brewery's direct sales counter on my GW trip to Nagano! I had a great shopping experience with the courteous staff and went home feeling great! The aroma is what you would call "sake" with a hint of alcohol. It also has a grassy nuance. Immediately after taking a sip, there is a pleasant sourness that lasts until the end. Of course there is sweetness, but if anything, it is more umami. The bitterness is gentle at the end. It has a juicy atmosphere with acidity as if it is made from a sake yeast yeast. Kurosawa is a brewery that specializes in making sake from the "nama-hashiroshi," so I was convinced after drinking it that it was made from the "nama-hashiroshi. I was told at the brewery that the sake has an excellent balance of the four tastes of sweetness, flavor, acidity, and bitterness, and this is exactly what it tastes like. It has a good acidity, but it is not showy at all. It is a sake that goes well with any meal, and I am sure I will become a fan of Kurosawa Shuzo after drinking it. This is their regular product, so they are a brewery of extraordinary quality. It goes well with shime saba (mackerel), salty yakitori, grilled fresh onions, and omelettes! It goes with everything!

I bought this in front of Koumi station when I stopped by Nagano. It has a characteristic tangy al feeling, and this stimulation when heated sake is rather irresistible. It was a delicious dry sake with a great flavor and I would drink it again. However, in this day and age, I wonder if it is a good idea to hang rice on the label. It seems a waste.

On this day, I drove to my wife's parents' home in Saku. When we arrived after a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Tokyo, this local sake was waiting for us. It has an ear of rice on it. I will have a sip. It has the acidity and mellowness of a sake yeast yeast strain, and is dry and crisp. Tiredness melts away.

First encounter since the change from Fukuhime at the Hakata Station event. The first sniff was like a sacred wine But I didn't mind from the second sniff. The taste is more modern, but I could feel a little alcohol. Since it's a nokumi, it's very exciting to see how it will change from here.

I stumbled across this sake at the store✨. The Obata Sake Brewery, which brews Manotsuru, used to use the brand name "Sashu Masamune" until shortly after the war. And the only specs revealed were alcohol content and 100% Sado rice. I bought it because I was attracted by the story and the concept of telling a story through taste, not specs! Gentle muscat-like aroma A clean sweetness with no cloying taste. The mouthfeel is wonderful, and the flavor is worthy of the Green Label name. It has a nice sharpness and a bitterness that appears later. It is refreshing and pleasant to drink!

common crane (Grus grus) The name "Saijotsuru" is a combination of "Saijo" (the name of a place) and "Tsuru" (a crane), which means "happy" in Japanese. The sake brewery and main building, which have been used since the establishment of the company, were designated as a registered tangible cultural property of Japan in 2008.

Tonight, we continue our series of firsts with this one, named after the female toji known for her work at Tomikunaga. This sake is brewed with Hachitanishiki and Yamadanishiki. The freshness is alive and well, and the melon aroma (typical of Yamada Nishiki) is faintly felt at first, but then the sharp dryness and acidity overflow into the pineapple aroma (So_1F34D) without the sweetness of Hachitan Nishiki and continue until the finish. It's very refreshing and easy to drink 😋.
