I bought a completely unknown alcoholic beverage out of curiosity😅. I'll take it 😎. The first thing that jumped out at me was the acidity and spiciness! I thought for a moment that I don't really like dry sake, but as I continued drinking, it actually wasn't that simple 😁. The flavor is glossy and delicious on the center of the tongue, and the light sweetness on the back of the tongue makes the taste even more enjoyable. As you continue drinking, you will not get bored with the gentle sourness on the tip of your tongue and the bitter taste on the back of your tongue 😚. As it settles down further, it even becomes fruity. At first sip, I thought it was just a dry sake and wondered if I made a mistake, but no way 😳. It was a pleasant taste, and the change in flavor was delightful 😍.

Opened October 30, 2024 Purchased at Seibu Department Store, Sake Sho Yamada Last time was Houraisen, followed by Hourai. Very refreshing ^ ^ Citrusy freshness 🍊 It has a nice sharpness, and the gentle sweetness and spiciness coexist in equal measure, which is a strange feeling ^ ^. It is spicier than I imagined. At the tasting, I tasted a ripe LaFrance.... I was attracted by the words "Ripe LaFrance" and tasted it... I was scared 😳. This is really LaFrance 🍐! The way the aftertaste pulls away from the 🍐 is fantastic👍. Originally made by another brewery, but when they quit, Aihara Brewery took over the brewery. I heard it used to reign in the East and West with Jyushiyo (never had it...) 🤔. I don't have any experience so I can't compare, but this one is different for me personally!
