Not grilled oysters, but raw oysters. A light sake with a strong acidity. I think it goes well with fish in general. It removes the fishy smell of fish, but it's still refreshing, so it's perfect as a mealtime drink. It also goes well with oily food.

Next to Kaiharu, your first Horaizuru Have you ever had this? I thought it was Houraizumi at first 😅. At first I thought it was Houraizumi😅 It seems to be brewed in the basement of an apartment building in Hiroshima city. It's like Nippon Izumi from Gifu. This one was purchased at Yamada Sake Brewery in Edion, Hiroshima. Sake Sho Yamada seems to have a lot of famous brands on display, but this store also seems to have a local sake corner! The liquor department at EDION Namba is also owned by Yamada Sake Brewery, but it's bigger than the one in front of Osaka Sake Brewery. Maybe because of the upcoming Expo 🤔. There are breweries that brew in apartments, like Kamizo and Yuki no Bijin, but they are not underground. Are there other underground breweries? The aroma is promising, with a gorgeous ginjo aroma. But when you drink it, it has no taste. Thin...

Rice used is Comet The tanks are buried in the snow to mature the sake. It does not have a sense of maturity, but has a round mouthfeel and a crisp finish. It is a good summer sake.

My junior from Hokkaido bought some sake as a souvenir and we drank it at home together. It seems to be stored in the snow. The sake is light and dry. It goes well with any kind of food. We had yakitori and hormone today. The sake and the snack are delicious, and the talk is fun. The best.

Rice used is Kinmon Nishiki Meikyojo-jimizu" is another brand of Osawa Sake Brewery. This is a good sake. ❣️ It has strength and acidity that is typical of a sake brewed from a traditional sake yeast stock, and the aging process has given it a round umami taste. It has a moderate alcohol content, and this flavor is very relaxing. I want to drink it again!

It is quite thick, and you can feel the thickening even when you put it in your mouth. What I thought was a little unusual about this sake was that it was a daiginjo with this thickening. I am inexperienced and this is the first time I have had this kind of sake. I like this kind of sake. It's good.

What a wonderful time on a weekday at noon. It has a clean taste, but the aroma of rice is very strong. Although it is said to be mild, it is a sake with a lot of body.

I think it's rare to find unfiltered raw ginjo 🤔. Slightly sweet and nutty. It has a strong sweetness and umami. It's a good combination of modern and classic without feeling like it's been alkaloosoaked. If the label is a little more modern, it will sell well. After 10 days, it became bitter and hard to drink.

First impressions are a sharp taste with a dry finish. There is sweet apple flavor with a hint of wood / taru. Good combination with foods that are on the salty side. This is a limited Sake.
Shiga is Kawashima Shuzo's Toku Jun🍶. The aroma is quite classical. Bran-like aroma coming through the nose From the firm umami of rice The acidity starts and finishes. Traditional junmai sake flavor It tastes better when it is heated up hot. I feel that the roughness disappears when heated.

This is a speial edition for distribution by Miyajima Liquor Shop, Ueda City. This sake uses Sankei-nishiki and brewed in Kimoto Method. So, I could enjoy the full-bodied but fruity taste. Really love it!

A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!

Junmai one-cup of Koyoromo. This is the first time to drink Koyoromo. It is an orthodox Junmai sake, not heavy and refreshing, but it also has a hidden luster. I see that the brewery makes all of its sake from junmai sake. The label is Hiroshige's 53 Stages of the Tokaido, Nisaka.

Rice used is unknown Since this brewery does not have a sake brewing license, it is said that the brewery goes to Nagano Meisho to make sake. There is a pattern of having sake brewed on consignment, but this method is unusual. I imagined it would be a good old-fashioned sake from the label, but it was light and very easy to drink ❗️. It has just a hint of sweetness and is very refreshing with little alcohol. It was a seriously good sake❣️

Brewed by Wadaryu Shuzo in Ueda, Nagano Wada Ryu Junmai Freshly Pressed Unpasteurized Sake This sake is badass 😂. I heard it was freshly made, Fresh and juicy. Rough and gassy, the gasiness alternately stimulates the upper and lower jaw alternately stimulating the upper and lower jaw ⚡⚡⚡. This is also exciting and awesome 😆. I found a great sake 😆.

I bought this sake when I visited Wada Ryu during my Ueda brewery tour the other day 😀. The timing of the brewery's preparation did not coincide with my visit, so the fridge was empty, including the sake I was looking for, Wadaryu Tomisui🤣. The president of the brewery was very apologetic when I told him that I had come from Osaka, and he brought me this junmai sake, saying that it was the only one they had in the brewery at the moment 😀 The aroma was junmai, and the taste was very typical of junmai sake. The aroma is very Junmai-like, simple and reminds me of freshly cooked rice 😀 The taste is also very robust. The taste was also very rich, with a hint of sweetness from the rice as the main taste 😀. It was quite different from our family's usual choice, but sometimes this kind of sake is also instructive 🙆. The president of the brewery was a real talker and explained a lot about Ueda to the two of us, including the delicious food, stores, and movie locations in Ueda, and thanks to him, we were able to get some delicious soba noodles and movie locations afterwards😇. The office staff who went out of her way to serve us tea on the way to the restaurant laughed and said that our company president really likes to talk 😀. The warehouse made a really good impression😇
