It tastes like sake, but I had the impression that the dryness would follow after drinking.
I think it would be the best match with crab innards, ankimo, albacore, etc. at Hafu Sushi...(personal opinion).
I found this at a convenience store in Kanagawa Prefecture.
I bought it because I have never seen it before, and it seems to be a Seven-Eleven only product. I guess it tastes like the middle of "light and dry"... (this is my personal opinion).
(This is my personal impression.)
While it gives the impression of being a bit dry, it is clean and easy to drink with a daiginjo-like aroma.
It seems to go well with the slightly sweet boiled cod roe I bought at the supermarket...
This is one of Akita's high level sake...
I drank Komatsu's Shinsen for the first time.
It has a slightly dry aftertaste, which is nice while eating Kanazawa's specialty, kabayaki loach.
(Personal opinion).
