profile iconJunmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake🍢. Kirei, dry taste. It has a delicious flavor when served with grilled pork with koji. The aroma of koji is very strong. It is also a good match with a Hirosaki souvenir, squid in black. The spiciness is good. The higher the temperature, the more umami comes out πŸ˜†. Purchased at Morita Shoten @ Urawa, drinking at home 20240217

profile iconOkayama Kuramoto was the second brewery besides Gozenshu! The taste is mellow and very deep. The taste is mellow and very deep, with not so much ginjo aroma and a modest floral note. I have an image of Omachi when I think of Okayama, I heard that Akihikari is a type of sake rice. It was also the first time for me to drink Hakuto yeast. The more I drink, the more I realize that the world of sake is very deep. The degree of alcohol is 16.5 degrees Celsius. Okayama Hakuto Yeast Polishing ratio: Koji rice 50, Kake rice 58 Akihikari

profile iconThe story was as if the sake had been laid up for the 2020 hanpukai. Yamayu" is the trade name of Shinmasa. The initial aroma is faintly sweet with a hint of acidity typical of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast. In the mouth, there is a beautiful acidity typical of the sake yeast and a gentle, full-bodied sweetness. You can also smell the aroma of wooden vats. It is different from the recent modern Shinmasa, and is a classic sake made from a traditional sake yeast. It is like Shiga's Hatsuzakura. I wonder if the old Niimasa was like this? It was delicious in its own way 🍢.

It has a strong rice flavor, but is easy to drink. It was a blink of an eye, but I wasn't too attracted to today's lineup and held out for just one cup.

profile iconI am here in Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima Prefecture. Before that, I went to a liquor store in Kitakata city ✨. I was so excited! I can't believe how much they have here πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†. I bought 11 bottles of sake, big and small, over 20,000 yen πŸ’¦. So, we went to a butcher shop in Aizuwakamatsu where we had reservations to buy assorted horse sashimi, and then moved on to the onsen inn. I ate the assorted horse sashimi with miso garlic sauce dipped in soy sauce. No doubt about it! And the sake tasted freshly opened, tangy, and refreshing. I almost finished the bottle with only a little left of the four-pack βœ‹.
