Sake degree -30 enjoyment. Smells fresh, like sliced apples. It has a smooth texture, pear-like nuances, and a slight effervescence, with a nice balance of a little sourness and bitterness. The lactic acidity, umami of rice, and a little bit of alcohol make it refreshing and delicious after drinking! I was surprised at how easy it was to drink because I was imagining a sweet juice. It has a buggy feeling like other sake is bitter because it is sweet but doesn't make you feel sweet. Day 2. Clear and good! Would buy again.

At home. This is the first time I have had Concept Workers Selection, Aged Sake. When I poured it into a glass, it was slightly colored, and the aroma had a strong liquor feel to it.
