I don't often drink aruzome, but I bought this one because it was Nabeshima... The ginjo aroma is fruity... the mouthfeel is sweet... then a nice lingering bitterness... it's a gem! Delicious 😋Supplementation of stamina in the intense heat! Hand-roasted domestic eel from a certain supermarket as a side dish...mmmm! This eel is delicious 😋 Teyaki from Kagoshima 😋 This Kyushu marriage...yes!

I visited Araiya Brewery for an in-store tasting of Sekiya Brewery's sake, which I couldn't taste because I had to drive afterwards 😅. Sake that has been aged for only one year and bottled. I tried to hold off on opening it until New Year's, but my fridge was at capacity 🤣🤣 so I opened it 😅. Well, the aroma is green apple 🍏, soft mouthfeel, fresh sweetness and delicious flavor with a sourness that slowly builds up ✨. On the second day, I think the sweetness has deepened. I've read that it's recommended to cool it down a little bit, so if you let it sit for a while after pouring it, the sweetness and umami will deepen and become more intense ✨.

A little graininess. It is good to drink with soda or on the rocks. The more you drink red rice or ancient rice sake, the more you realize the greatness of Ine Mangaka 🤔.

Hinode Tsuru Junmai Ginjyo Miyamanishiki 60% 15% 720ml 1980yen We also bought a bottle of Honjozo at the brewery, but it was a completely different impression. The Honjozo was a little peculiar. This one is bitter with concentrated flavor and acidity. It is not at all dull. It is not flashy, but rather calm and delicate. The sweetness is graceful and has the taste of a first-class sake. The rice is local Miyamanishiki from Hitachiota. I found out that the heir who returned to his hometown had designed, brewed, and engineered the sake in a new attempt. Rooster Yoemon from Kawamura Sake Brewery in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture. This sake is famous for its sour taste, which is rare in Iwate Prefecture. I drank it for the first time at a store in Hanamaki and was surprised by the sourness. It seemed to be quite a challenge since Iwate is generally known for its sweet and tasty sake. Even so, I heard that the owner stubbornly continued to make sour sake. (^○^) Nowadays, with the Shinsai boom, Yoemon's sour sake is also selling well, especially outside of the prefecture. Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅. Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi. There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf. The bottle and cap have a unique design. The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.

This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.

This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.

This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.
