At home. First Tottori. The label is very historical. The aroma is the sake, but when you put it in your mouth, it is gentle. It has a strong alcoholic and dry taste in the nose, a bitter taste in the throat, and a smooth finish. I've heard that it's best served hot, so I think I'll give it a try.

The aroma was as dobroku-like as it looked, but the true nature of the beer was crisp and dry. While rolling it around in your mouth, it has the same dobroku feeling as the image, but the moment you swallow it, it's so dry! It's a gap between the two. Today we had the pleasure of visiting a new restaurant in Esaka, Sake Noodles and Udon Udon Kan. It's a sister restaurant to the popular Kakitsubata, which is just around the corner. I was very impressed with the quality of the food served. The atmosphere and service were great, and the food was all delicious. .......... I remembered that it was still Tuesday, so I left the restaurant with a bowl of udon to finish off my meal.

The aftertaste has a slightly matured or aged feel to it, but I think this is what makes the umami so convincing. The finish is soft and fluffy, with a soft acidity and astringency. The image is quite dandy and austere. Fuso is an old Japanese alias, but when I think of Fuso, I think of the Mitsubishi Fuso truck or the battleship Fuso of the Imperial Navy. In the arcade game "1943," which I was addicted to when I was in junior high school, the sinking of the Fuso was the climax of the first half of the game. I like the sound of "Fuso". I slipped into a restaurant called Kanda Ogawamachi, Ojika-cho, Goto Islands, Nagasaki Prefecture, for my second cup. Since we had limited time, we went for the Junmai Ginjo.
