To compete with them with seafood, We consulted with them in advance about "Uchiwa Shrimp" caught in Hirado, Nagasaki. We consulted with them in advance and asked them to secure it for us at the market. We had them as sashimi. It was like a smaller horseshoe crab. They were very pleased 😁. Now for the 🍶... For a moment, I thought it would be dry. I thought it was dry, I felt sweetness. The freshness goes well with sashimi. The shrimp was served in miso soup later 🎉.

Sake lees soup, amazake (sweet sake), kasuzuke (pickles with sake lees), and barrel sake will be served. 30 kinds of sake are available for tasting for 1500 yen (only the first glass is free for KEG). Local vegetables and snacks from restaurants are also available for purchase. The event attracts a wide range of customers from children to the elderly. The Matsumoto - Saku area is only a short drive by car through a tunnel, but by public transportation, access was moderately difficult as you had to make a detour to Kobuchisawa.
