Aroma is sour-like
Uwazumi
Sweet and sour 🥰.
When mixed together
sweet and sour, but with a calm feeling.
(I'm so happy to see you!
Be careful when you open the bottle ٩٩_but it opened in 😁.
I paired it with grilled chicken wings and the sourness went away and it was sweet!
(I love it!)
It's so good you can finish it in a day. ❣️
At Sakamoto Sake Shop 🥰.

Milky and sour! Refreshing and tasty!

This is a slightly different kind called "Pushutto Ichigo-Miruku. Although it looks cute, it is quite dry and has a strong alcoholic taste, so it is not recommended to drink it thinking it is a cocktail. It has a strawberry flavor on the palate.
Almost no aroma
When you take a sip, you can feel the umami of rice in the back of the mouth.
The aftertaste is quite dry and cuts off quickly.
It is said to be the ultimate food sake, and it certainly does not interfere with meals.
However, it has too little individuality, and I feel it is lacking in some areas.
I also tried Hakurakusei, but I guess it is not to my taste.
Special pure rice with a milling ratio of 60%, with a taste of rice, but with a refreshing taste.

Yeast used: Begonia
Amabuki always seems to brew with a variety of unique yeasts.
I was curious to try this one because it was brewed with begonia yeast.
If you ask me if it smells like begonia, I am not sure. LOL.
But as a compliment, it is "like water.
It is refreshing and perfect for a mealtime drink!

At Takezo in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. Drinking for a couple.
It is a light and dry sake with a sake strength of ➕9 and a refreshing taste. It is a perfect match for seasonal fish. This sake brings out the best in fish.
.
The slightly sweet taste from the subtle ginjo aroma is my favorite type.
The connection from the mid-palate, where you can feel the firm umami, to the sharpness of the acidity is one word for a good adjustment 👏.

It comes with a bang at first, but then fades away quickly. Easy to drink.

Five Mangoku.
Lightly cloudy.
Sakura yeast.
Sweet taste.
The sweet aroma, perhaps derived from the Sakura yeast, is pleasant, and the aftertaste is refreshing.
At the Sake Bar.
Pear-like sweetness and juiciness. Smooth and clean mouthfeel. Short aftertaste.

I was wondering which drink to drink at the inn with a magnificent view 😕
Since Ikaho Onsen is in Gunma, they also have sake from Mr. Mouzuka's place!
But there was no way I could not choose this one!
Oze Yuki Yamadanishiki 50
It's a fruity sake, but you can feel the sharpness as it goes down your throat 🍶A lot of dishes will be served, so I'll just have to settle for one sake and one type tonight 😣.
My stomach is full 🫃.
I've had many kinds of Oze snow, but this bottle-warmed hi-ire was a first for me!

Gorgeous sweetness like ripe apples and pears.
It's clean, but not as clean as one might imagine. I see, it's like this because it's Oze snow.
The label on the back is full of hashtags.
Some of them make sense, some don't 🙂. Some of them make sense, some of them don't.
This sake is made in Beijing.
Type: tokubetsu honjozo, rice milling rate: 60%, alc.: 15,5%
I tried this sake at room temperature with sushi. Aroma was mild with promising sweetness. Flavor is refreshing and medium sweet. Sake has medium body and feels very light. Went well with the dinner. It is also very cheap.
Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅.
Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi.
There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf.
The bottle and cap have a unique design.
The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.

It has no complex flavor, but is smooth and easy to drink. It is a casual sake, I guess.
It has a fruity aroma, a soft mouthfeel, and a discreet umami flavor. The taste is light and dry, typical of Shizuoka sake, plus a touch of sweetness. A limited number of 500 bottles of this sake were produced with a serial number. A four-pack bottle was also made due to popular demand.
GW Sake Brewery Tour across Shizuoka Prefecture (bullet train)
The brewery is located in the city center near Oi Shrine, known for the Obi Festival. We were told that the brewery does not sell directly, so we were directed to the nearest distributor.
Yamada Sake Shop. The owner and his wife talked a lot. We talked to the point that our itinerary got a bit crazy. It was fun, so we left it at that. However, Omuraya's selection of sake was amazing. They have three kinds of new Oni Otome sake, not to mention Onna Nai Kase. There used to be a corner bar, but it is closed now. Too bad. But I was allowed to take a look inside. The atmosphere is very tasteful, but in a good way.
I enjoyed Shizuoka Prefecture. Next time I go there, I will visit Raccoon Hole and Yamada Sake Shop.
Also, I want to see Mt. It was cloudy all the time...

The modern jacket makes me feel uneasy, but it's a little sweet and mildly tasty.
I think it could be a little more sharp, but it's nice and soft.
It's a good sake as a food sake.

A love that has lasted over two years has been fulfilled.
I had a bottle in Ito izakaya two summers ago and enjoyed it so much that I was looking for a bottle to buy someday.
I finally met the devil maiden in love😄.
It is slightly effervescent and has a rather firm, juicy sweetness, but the mouthfeel is light and cuts through easily.
The aroma is greenish, like unripe bananas🍌.
Fresh and easy to drink, it goes well with oily fish 🐟.
Special Junmai Namaishu 100% Bizen Omachi
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15%.
It's been almost a month since I've been here😅.
Today's sashimi platter consisted of sea bass, salmon, seared Spanish mackerel, and willow octopus 😋.
I think it's a crisp, clean, sweet sake with the added umami of Omachi and the sweetness of the raw sake 🤗.
