Purchased on the way back from a visit to the Sakurao Distillery last month I've been wanting to visit Yamatoya Sake Brewery for a long time, and they had a lot of PB sake! There were so many PB sake from Yamada Sake Brewery that I've been wanting to go there for a long time 👀. Here is one of them, my first brand! Cold sake! Slight aroma of white grapes Smooth on the palate The sweetness on the tongue is typical of Hiroshima sake (from the Seto Inland Sea). The acidity is a little stimulating and the aftertaste is sharp.
