Sweet aroma. Fresh and sweeter than expected. Unique sweetness like candy. Unique but interesting and delicious. The sweetness is like a floppy candy. More fruity than I expected, too. I think the Asahi Nikki Jusui Brewing I drank in the past also had a unique sweetness.

Sakemonogatari in Kansai(*) It is a hiyaoroshi of honjozo with a slightly sweet taste and a sense of grain! It is well balanced, probably because it is a honjozo. I would definitely like to drink it with an appetizer! This year, we are only participating in outdoor events because we are still afraid of the new koro, but I think it is very nice to drink under the blue sky!

The rice used is Gohyakumangoku and Nihonbare. If I had to describe it in one word, I would say it's "Omnivorous Japanese Sake Partridge". It has an old-fashioned flavor and an aged feeling like a hiyaoroshi. Spicy and sweet in equal measure, with a long finish. It's a sake that should be served warm. By the way, it's "Hiyaoroshi", but it's shipped all year round.

I learned of the existence of this sake through non non's post. It was a little difficult to go there because you can only buy it at the direct sales place which is open only on weekdays.... It was a nice homey sake brewery 😊. It was limited to 100 bottles and they were the last 3 bottles. It's shwashy, sweet and sour. It may be a daiginjo, but it doesn't taste like yamahai and is easy to drink.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki from the Sato Plantation in Sosa City. It is said to be free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic agricultural chemicals. The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) If that's the case, I look forward to it every year! This year's was my favorite type❣️.

At Kaki-numa-san. Choice by recommendation. It is another brand of Koganezawa which was damaged by the earthquake. The president's beloved daughter became a toji The president's beloved daughter became a toji (brewer) and the father and daughter are making sake together. It has a sweet aroma of lactic acid. The first sip was not so impressive. But on the 3rd and 4th day The sweetness and umami increase It is a delicious sake that asserts itself👍. The Senkou Yuumachi that we are drinking at the same time is also delicious, but but this one is not to be underestimated either❗️
