ラムネ、ブドウ、アップルパイの匂い。
微炭酸、渋酸っぱい、硬水、ラムネ、りんご、苦旨味、綺麗な飲み口に変わりほんのり甘味苦味。うまい。タコ噛みながらいくらでも飲める。
自宅にて。やはり美味しい風の森。
特徴的なのは開栓した時の「シューッポン」と、口に含んだ時の舌先に感じるピリピリ感。香りはラムネを感じ、味はというとそのラムネと少し若いメロン。日本酒の世界観を変える逸品ですね。
少し種類が多過ぎて何を呑めば良いのか常に迷わされる憎たらしさ（…楽しさ）もあります。
火入酒ですが、
シャンパンのよう。
シュワ・ピチ感に、
きれいな甘さ。
「世界への架け橋」
の名は伊達じゃない。
