It was a delicious sake, thank you. Dense acidity, umami, and soft sweetness. It was not only delicious, but also memorable. I hope to have the chance to see it again...

Nf bapakFollowing the earlier "Wakanami" Shokaibashi label, this is a famous sake from Kyushu. This is another delicious, delicious, quintessential nama sake, with a fresh taste. The fire-brewed pink label we drank in Hakata was delicious, but of course, the nama sake was delicious as well. I was so happy.

Nf bapakI was caught off guard and poof! The lid flew off! I knew it was effervescent when I got it at the store, but I had no idea it was this effervescent. It was slightly effervescent on the palate, though. As expected from Sansho, it is delicious. It is simply delicious. Tomorrow is our important wedding anniversary, so I'm going to open a nice bottle of sake and toast with my wife. Purchased from Sukumasa, thank you very much.

Nf bapakA summer sake was opened at the beginning of the year. It has a mildly dark mouthfeel with a slightly light taste. It is a stable taste, Kuroryu Shuzo. I missed the Kutouryuu Dorokuchi, so I will definitely try the Kuroryu Dorokuchi... I will definitely drink it again....

Nf bapakAs someone else mentioned, this is a great way to end the Year of the Rabbit. It is tangy, a little gaseous, clean as junmai (pure rice), and umami. The first tanakuji of this year was "Great luck will come to the gate of laughter". I wish everyone a year in which great fortune comes to the gate of laughter. May it be a year of fun and laughter.

Nf bapakMild aroma, a bit on the light side, I guess. The label on the front says "sparkling," but if you skip over it, it will be a disaster when you open the bottle. Since it is a nigori sake, bubbles come up one after another, taking advantage of the solid content, and it takes many times to lower the internal pressure to the point where it does not blow. The delicious taste lingers in the aftertaste.

Nf bapakThe sake. (My wife's story) We drank it on the way back from Shin Mojiko, Kyushu. We stayed one night in Beppu, so we went to Kitsuki and visited Chiebijin's Nakano Sake Brewery. He graciously allowed us to sample one after another, and we bought three 4-goupe bottles. In front of Beppu Station, we also came across several varieties of Nabeshima, from which we chose two bottles to return home. Kotani, the local sake shop in front of Beppu station, was wonderful.

Nf bapakSlightly sweet, medium or slightly light. Although sparkling, it was much easier to open than Shinomine Omachi Junmai Nigori Sake, and I didn't have to blow on it more than once. At 13% alcohol, it is lower than usual, so it is good for drinking out of before you lose your mind.

Nf bapakIt was almost an alcoholic mikan drink. It does not come with "Aragoshi" as it seems to be a Costco limited brand. The amount of mikan crushed mandarin oranges also varied from bottle to bottle. The alcohol content is low (5%), sweet, and easy to drink. Since it is from Costco, it is of course a bottle and needs to be refrigerated, so you need to be careful what you do with it after you buy it home.
