Timeline
のりたまThis is the first hiyaoroshi I have had this year.
The first taste is umami and acidity, and when swallowed, the spiciness is felt and it is very refreshing. It is delicious as a food sake.
みやぞーI see that it is a sake from Takara Shuzo. This is my first time seeing it. It was moderately sweet and easy to drink. My partner said he liked this one among the three. It's fun to compare them. みやぞーKariho is also new to me. It is a sake from Akita, isn't it? I felt it was quite light and dry, but my partner said it was not so. Both of our palates are not very precise, so we don't know the truth... みやぞーI took a sip of each of my partner's drinking sets. First, the right one, Meikyojosui. I think it has been a while since I have had a Junmai Daiginjo. Mmm, it is delicious. The aroma is also elegant. I didn't get to taste it because I only had a little bit, but I am sure it is a good sake. みやぞーThis is the first time for me to drink Kikusen (maybe). I am not very good at aluzoe, but this one was tasty and refreshing without a strong alcohol taste. It was my favorite of the three. みやぞーThe nigori sake in the middle is Kikuhime. Oh, this is also an Ishikawa sake. It has a slight sweetness of rice, but is basically dry. みやぞーA one-coin drink comparison from noon in the basement of the Osaka No. 2 Building. It was a good feeling of excitement to see what would be served. I was able to taste six different kinds of drinks at once because my partner's order was not covered by the other's. As I like to drink a variety of drinks, I was very grateful. As someone who likes to try many different kinds of drinks, I was very grateful.
I had tasted Gorin before during a trip to Ishikawa, and it had the same refreshing and fruity impression as that time. It is a versatile all-around food sake. ゆーへーSlightly tangy, the rummy aroma flows smoothly.
I think the flavor is perfectly tuned for a summer drink.
The blue flame printed on the goop punch above the frog on the label suggests that the brewery is very enthusiastic this year.
90 mL ¥ 650 ゆーへーWhen you put it in your mouth, the sweetness comes in a gulp, and the sensation flows in smoothly.
It is easier to feel the sweetness than Yamadaho, which also has a refreshing taste, and I personally prefer this one.
I can see the dry side of Hidakami, and I am curious about the super dry one as well.
90 mL ¥ 650 ゆーへーLess miscellaneous tastes and more bitterness.
It is dry and easy to drink, but in other words, I could not capture its characteristics.
As it is the mother of Yamada-Nishiki, we compared it with the father's Short-stalked Watabune.
90 mL ¥ 650
ゆーへーIt is slightly thickened and the sweetness lingers on the tongue.
Akirika is my favorite sake in Osaka.
Fusaye also carries a good selection of local sake, so you can choose with confidence.
90 mL ¥ 650 ゆーへーThe sweetness spreads and recedes quickly and elegantly.
Even though it is a pure sake, the alcohol content is moderate at 13°, so the aroma is clearly noticeable.
As someone who can't drink in large quantities and therefore can't buy many bottles, I like that Fusaye incorporates seasonal sakes into their products.
90 mL ¥ 650 ゆーへーIt had a banana-like sweetness that spread out, followed by a bit of sourness and bitterness.
It was at the end of the bottle, so I didn't detect any beautiful effervescence.
This was my first Kaze no Mori, but it was not as refreshing as I expected due to the 80% rice polishing ratio in this series.
I visited Fusae again this week and will likely go there regularly as I can enjoy seasonal sakes in rotation.
90 mL ¥ 650 ゆーへーSlightly effervescent with a sweetened tonic water feel.
The taste is reminiscent of sweet and sour yogurt.
The No. 6 is so popular that a day doesn't go by that you don't see a picture of it if you're a sake-wafer.
The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, even for those who don't like sake.
I never thought I would be able to drink it in Osaka.
90 mL ¥ 1,180 ゆーへーIt is tangy and dry at the moment of drinking, but a little sweetness can be detected later.
We had it with sashimi, and the chopsticks went crazy.
Fusae in the second building always has a wide variety of sake on hand, and I look forward to going there regularly.
