It had a banana-like sweetness that spread out, followed by a bit of sourness and bitterness.
It was at the end of the bottle, so I didn't detect any beautiful effervescence.
This was my first Kaze no Mori, but it was not as refreshing as I expected due to the 80% rice polishing ratio in this series.
I visited Fusae again this week and will likely go there regularly as I can enjoy seasonal sakes in rotation.
