At the beginning of the year, I was looking for a sake with a zodiac sign label and a sake for the 2,000 different Kiri numbers. I was about to give up when I found this sake. Early in the new year, there was the Noto earthquake in Ishikawa Prefecture on New Year's Day, and the next day, 1/2, there was an airplane crash at Haneda. Still, something good is sure to happen...and this sake was a perfect choice for the 2,000 species post number. Junmai Daiginjo-shu: Good fortune comes to the smiling gate: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2024 Tatsu Fukusake Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 16%, Sake degree -1.5, Acidity 1.6 Amino acidity 0.9 The aroma is subdued and the taste is clean and balanced with a slight bitterness and acidity in the mouth. At the beginning of the year, I was looking for a sake with a zodiac sign label. I was about to give up when I found this sake. On New Year's Day, there was an earthquake in the Noto area of Ishikawa Prefecture, and the next day there was a plane crash between JAL and the Coast Guard at Haneda Airport. Even related to our family, the husband of my eldest daughter and her husband has been corona-positive since 1/4, and the husband of my second daughter's family has also been corona-positive. Junmai Ginjo-shu Ruri Unfiltered Nama-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rice polishing ratio 60%, ALC 17%. Slightly sweet sake with a hint of ginjo aroma, and a slight stimulation of the raw sake taste in the mouth 🤗. The blue label Hyakujuro is the first label I have encountered. According to the label on the back, it goes well with grilled salt-crusted swordfish, demi-glace hamburger steak, and mapo-eggplant 😋. Haruichirin Junmai Ginjo Nigori Sake Hon Nama Shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15%. I have a record of having encountered this somewhere before 2017, but decided to register it again, including the image. It has a refreshing ginjo aroma that is a bit different from the fruity aroma. It is slightly effervescent, with just a hint of the shuwashu of nama-shu, and in the mouth you can taste a bit of acidity, followed by a slight bitterness. It is a nigori sake with the same degree of nigori as orikarami, so it could be considered a slightly sweet sake, but it is also a slightly dry sake. I think it is a slightly dry sake. Tokubetsu Junmai Sake Kurobi Yuyu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 68%, ALC 15%. Special Junmai and Junmai Daiginjo-shu mixed (Mixture ratio: Polishing ratio 50% 20%/5%) Yamadanishiki 55%, Kinmonishiki 45%, Sake degree +6, Acidity 1.6 This sake seems to be a blend of special junmai and junmai-daiginjo-shu. This is the first sake made in such a way. The way to drink it, chilled, room temperature, and warmed are all listed on the label 😋. First of all, warmed sake! You can feel the characteristic flavor of the rice 😊. Cold sake I think it is a slightly dry and crisp sake with a delicious taste of rice. Junmai Ginjo Spring Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15%. First a sip at room temperature (cold sake) 😊. Slightly sweet with a subtle muscat-like aroma, this sake would be perfect for a spring party under the cherry blossoms 🌸. After this, we will have it warmed up. The sweetness of the sake is more pronounced when warmed to lukewarm. The sweetness of the sake is more pronounced when warmed up to lukewarm, and the sweetness fades away when heated up to hot, revealing the deliciousness of the rice. We refrigerated it overnight and served it cold 😉. The aroma is not so strong, but when you roll it around in your mouth a little, the fruity aroma and full flavor spread out 😋.
