Junmai-shu Namaisake Namaisake (pure rice sake) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rice polishing ratio 65%, ALC 14%.
It has a subtle soft aroma 😋.
In the mouth, you can taste the delicious flavor of rice, and the slightly sweet taste is probably due to the fact that it is a freshly stored sake 😉.
I think this sake has a slightly mellow feeling.
Today, April 5, the weather in the Chigasaki area was warm and sunny. Some places were still enjoying the atmosphere of cherry blossom viewing though it was past the peak of full bloom, so I decided to follow your example and take some pictures. 😃
