Junmai Ginjo Spring Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15%.
First a sip at room temperature (cold sake) 😊.
Slightly sweet with a subtle muscat-like aroma, this sake would be perfect for a spring party under the cherry blossoms 🌸.
After this, we will have it warmed up.
The sweetness of the sake is more pronounced when warmed to lukewarm.
The sweetness of the sake is more pronounced when warmed up to lukewarm, and the sweetness fades away when heated up to hot, revealing the deliciousness of the rice.
We refrigerated it overnight and served it cold 😉.
The aroma is not so strong, but when you roll it around in your mouth a little, the fruity aroma and full flavor spread out 😋.
I'll make a note of it as a candidate for next year's hanami sake 🤗.
I corrected the date and order of drinking 😱 due to a combination of new purchase of Niigata sake, trip to Toyama & new purchase of Toyama sake, first encounter sake at a familiar izakaya and liquor store....... 🤗.
Tonight 4/15, when I checked in, was a rest day.
