This sake seems to be a blend of special junmai and junmai-daiginjo-shu. This is the first sake made in such a way.
The way to drink it, chilled, room temperature, and warmed are all listed on the label 😋.
First of all, warmed sake!
You can feel the characteristic flavor of the rice 😊.
Cold sake
I think it is a slightly dry and crisp sake with a delicious taste of rice. The second day after opening the bottle, the cold sake seems a little mellower 😄.
