Junmai Ginjo-shu Ruri Unfiltered Nama-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rice polishing ratio 60%, ALC 17%.
Slightly sweet sake with a hint of ginjo aroma, and a slight stimulation of the raw sake taste in the mouth 🤗.
The blue label Hyakujuro is the first label I have encountered.
According to the label on the back, it goes well with grilled salt-crusted swordfish, demi-glace hamburger steak, and mapo-eggplant 😋.
I will be visiting someone who does not drink alcohol at all from 12/29 to 1/3, so I will be away from sake for a while 😅...
