Three bottles from the Chokaiyama Yamagata 2236 series. I bought them all together because of their nice labels.
The ginjo aroma is only slightly perceptible, and on the palate it has a slight sourness and bitterness, making it a slightly dry and crisp sake.

I looked at the production date: 2022/02.
I thought it would be a one-year aged sake bottled and refrigerated, but I bought it because of the cute label and my interest in maturity (?). I bought it because of the cute label and my interest in aging (?).
It has a soft aroma and a fruity taste on the palate, with a slight sourness or bitterness. Is this an effect of aging?
It was quite cold on 1/25/2023 when the strongest cold wave hit, so I heated it up and drank it. It became mellow and tasty.

The label attached to the store said "aged one year", but it may have been a simple unsold bottle 💦.
I bought it because it is matured when I say matured.
First, I enjoyed it at room temperature (cold sake).
As soon as I opened the package, the sake was so mellow that it had a fruity aroma like muscat. In the mouth, I thought it was a slightly dry sake with a little sourness.
I did not feel much of a sense of maturity. I guess because it was kept refrigerated. 👍

I was lured to buy this sake by its catchphrase, "Sake that goes well with camping food...". The label is also interesting with a picture of a campfire.
Since we can't have a BBQ, which is a standard camping dish, I bought some roast beef, made a miso stir-fry with leftover pork and spicy sausage as snacks, took out my camping mug, poured some hot sake into the cup and enjoyed it.

The aroma is fresh, light and slightly spicy...and it comes in like water with a suit.

Slightly aromatic, slightly dry. It is a sharp sake.
I thought I might have already encountered this sake... but it was not an unfiltered raw sake, and the sake rice was not listed on the label, so it was slightly different, so I checked it in as a first encounter sake.
To compare the sake, I opened four different types: Dewanosetsu [no thanks], AKABU [junmai ginjo], Dewazakura [ginjo Sakurabana], and Mizubasho [summer sake junmai ginjo origaraumi].
Dewanosetsu [Fusho] and AKABU [Junmai Ginjo] are new check-ins, while Dewazakura [Ginjo Sakurabana] and Mizubasho [Summer Sake Junmai Ginjo Origaraumi] have been updated with information on the day they were drunk.
Each had different characteristics and was delicious and fun to compare.

We enjoyed it as a tsukimi sake with sweet tsukimi dango and salty plum crystals as a side dish while viewing the beautiful mid-autumn moon in September/November.
It was served at room temperature (hiya-shu). It has a slight aroma of rice, and I thought it was slightly dry, full-bodied, and deep-flavored sake.
On September 14, it was served hot.
The corners were removed, the taste became mellower, and the flavor expanded...I think it became richer.
