It has a cool and dry taste, and the É acidity is perfect for summer! I would like to drink this sake especially on a hot and humid night. It is sweet in the mouth, but has a sharpness that reaffirms "Oh, it is dry after all. It has a perfect balance of acidity, sweetness, umami, and sharpness! Tedorigawa's Four Seasons series expresses spring, summer, fall, and winter with the same rice and the same rice polishing ratio. I was able to drink all of the Four Seasons series over the past two years. They are all at a high level! They are so delicious that I want to walk through the four seasons with Tedorigawa again and again.

It has a mildly sweet taste with no peculiarities! It has a light, tangy texture on the tongue, and seems to have a lactobacillus-like acidity. It also has a kind of "mineral" taste. It has a soft sweetness, perhaps derived from Miyamanishiki. Perhaps it is because it is a pure sake, but it gives the impression of being a young sake!

Instrumental Masamune's Fukunoka. It had a fruity aroma with me when I opened the bottle, but I couldn't detect that aroma when I poured it into the glass. It has a fine effervescence, a discreet sweetness, and plenty of umami. There is a refreshing acidity and astringency. Personally, I have the image that Masamune is good at making aruze, but of course they have made a Junmai that has no mistake in its taste. It is as expected.

Kido's summer sake. The aroma is quite subdued. The very subtle sweetness is well conveyed by the acidity and astringency. Although it does not have a strong sweet taste, it gives the impression of a sweet sake. It is truly a summer sake.

Dai-Shichi's Nama-no-Hara Sake. I used to drink Daihichi at a tavern in Ayase, Adachi-ku, where I used to live. It has been a while since I had a chance to drink it. It has a unique aroma of a sake with a "nama-hashiroshi" style. It is a very strong taste. The taste is quite strong. It makes the palate bitter. It is so strong that it can easily beat the fatty fat of yellowtail sashimi.

On a blustery ☔️🌬 Friday, I left early and stopped by. I was afraid of the hurdle, but when I found it, I immediately bought it 😆 I was imprinted with the word "HIROTOGAWA". Highly rated review, believer's review. I was very curious about it! I opened the bottle with my highest expectations ❣️ 💦. The aroma is mild and elegant. The aroma is gentle and elegant! I drank it right away without putting it in the fridge. It has a nice rice flavor, and snacks go well with it, Ohhhh, it's so good.... What is this superb sake snack loop? I'm going to try heating it up on the second day!

Hi Asanami😄 Congratulations on getting Hirotogawa: ㊗️ The fact that you drank it right away without putting it in the fridge means that it is almost room temperature❓ If so, you've hit the nail on the head 💮. Now enjoy it lukewarm 💕. It's also good lukewarm 😋😋!

Good evening, T.KISO😊I finally found it! The three letters ❗️ were shining brilliantly behind the dimly lit glass. Today is the second day and even mellower 😁I'm going to try to finish off the last gong with a lukewarm sake 😍.

Hirotogawa's special junmai sake. Have I ever had this brand before? I think it is the first time. It's a sake from Ten-ei Village. Ten-ei-mura is another village name I have heard of, but I don't know where it is located. It has a robust aroma of rice. It has the type of flavor I like, with a rich rice flavor that is well expressed. I think I might be in danger of drinking too much of this. My resolution to drink no more than two cups today has already been shaken.

The first Junmai Daiginjo of Kankoume purchased as part of a set sale when purchasing a certain commemorative sake. From the first aroma, you can enjoy a lactic acid beverage type aroma and a clean, lamune-like aroma, and when you take a sip, you can feel a fizzy, chiri-chiri-chiri-chiri-chi (a fizzy sensation)! The sweetness is refreshing, like cider, and the acidity is refreshing. I like light, sweet and tasty wines, and this one was a perfect match for me! Rice polishing ratio: 45 Alcohol content: 15%.

A sake brewery that uses a unique brewing method in which classical music is played while the mash is fermenting. C" was brewed by playing Mozart's piano sonata K330 in C major/Cdur. I had read about it in a magazine article, but I had never tasted it before! I immediately tried it and found it to be a pleasant bottle with a sharp sharpness while enjoying a robust umami flavor. Rice polishing ratio: 55% (75% Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture, 25% Yamadanishiki from Kurodasho, Hyogo Prefecture) Alcohol content: 17%.

Senkou's Sakura. Refreshing aroma like ramune. The balance between sweet and sour and a faint fizzy feeling is perfect. It is sweet and sour, but the astringent taste is also effective, so you will not get tired of drinking it, which is very pleasing. A bottle that can be enjoyed as a stand-alone alcoholic beverage.
