There is a refreshing acidity and astringency. Personally, I have the image that Masamune is good at making aruze, but of course they have made a Junmai that has no mistake in its taste. It is as expected. パーム農家Kido's summer sake. The aroma is quite subdued. The very subtle sweetness is well conveyed by the acidity and astringency. Although it does not have a strong sweet taste, it gives the impression of a sweet sake. It is truly a summer sake. sularisA balance of umami and sharpness with a hint of acidity パーム農家Dai-Shichi's Nama-no-Hara Sake. I used to drink Daihichi at a tavern in Ayase, Adachi-ku, where I used to live. It has been a while since I had a chance to drink it. It has a unique aroma of a sake with a "nama-hashiroshi" style. It is a very strong taste. The taste is quite strong. It makes the palate bitter. Ten-ei-mura is another village name I have heard of, but I don't know where it is located. It has a robust aroma of rice. It has the type of flavor I like, with a rich rice flavor that is well expressed. I think I might be in danger of drinking too much of this. My resolution to drink no more than two cups today has already been shaken. パーム農家Rainfall in Kanagawa. First brand name. I heard they used malic acid yeast. It smells exactly like ripe apples. It has sourness, sweetness, and bitterness... It has an apple-like flavor and is a solid sake. I am glad that this is not a strange kind of colorful sake. I immediately tried it and found it to be a pleasant bottle with a sharp sharpness while enjoying a robust umami flavor.

A quick visit to a nearby park revealed that the blossoms are still only at about three minutes, so it looks like they will be in full bloom sometime next week!

The name "Hana-Kun" makes me a little nervous when I buy it, but I was too excited to buy it because it is a Junmai-Ginjo brewed with 100% Omachi!
I immediately took a sip and found it to be delicious, with a very fine bubbly taste and elegant sweetness! Not too sweet at all, but refreshing, with a good balance of umami and acidity that is very satisfying!
Even those who don't like sweet can enjoy this, and even I, who like sweet, can enjoy this bottle! I recommend this wine as it does not interfere with meals and is easy to match!
