I was curious about this sake when I saw the sake wa 🍶.
The aroma foretells of considerable sweetness.
When I put it in my mouth, it was as sweet as I expected. It is like a peach. It is slightly sticky and creamy.
Perhaps because of this, it is soft and smooth on the palate.
The aftertaste is sour and the sweetness is cut off.
The sweetness does not end there.
