The color is clear.
Little aroma. It is not Mimuro cedar-like.
The first thing that hits the palate is a slight carbonation.
The mouthfeel is watery. It seems to have a harder texture than Bodhidhara 🤨.
The box label says it is a fast brewing, but it has a mellowness that is more similar to a sake than a fast brewing. However, I wonder if it is a fast brewing compared to Bodhi yeast 🤔.
The sweetness and bitterness like Mimuro cedar appear in the aftertaste.
The sweetness and bitterness spread and melt in the mouth🤗.
The image of the entry is clean and clear like water...then Mimuro cedar-like.
It meets my expectation of ❗️ wanting to drink Mimuro cedar 😆.

The color is clear.
When the bottle is opened, it has a unique sweet and sour aroma. It has a sweet aroma typical of Mimuro cedar.
The taste is refreshingly sweet. It has a refreshing melon-like sweetness. Or like dark pear🍐.
The mouthfeel is ultra-fine and carbonated🫧.
The aftertaste is tight, astringent, and slightly acidic.
It has a lightness that goes down the throat nicely.
More mature than the Yamadanishiki Bodaihashi we had before 🤔.
The flavor is complex and you want to enjoy it slowly and chew it up 🍶. よすけIt seems to be snatched away by the pure white wind. A slight bitterness lingers on the palate.

The color is clear.
When the bottle is opened, it has a sweet aroma. It has a banana flavor with a slight aroma.
The taste is crisp and sweet. It is not thick, but rather cherry-like.
There is also a sourness, which is not so mild. Just the right amount of acidity, not sour, and doing a good job 🙂↕️
The ginjo aroma is weak at first, but the sweet aroma is amplified.
The aroma is clean and fades away quickly.

The color is a yellowish yellow.
Smell of cedar. It is a wooden vat.
The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated🫧.
The taste is thin, sweet and refreshing, with a strong acidity. When tasted, it has a sweetness like apple🍎.
Since the rice is milled at a low level, there is a base of rice flavor throughout.
The flavor is very smooth and it fades away at the end.
As I was leaving, there was a bottle next to the counter and I was allowed to take a picture 🙏.
I read on the back of the bottle that the toji retired and they had a hard time this year 🤔.
So this year is temporary 🫥.

Sake rice is Gohyakumangoku.
The color is clear.
The aroma is weak for a sake with a package tag.
The mouthfeel is super slightly carbonated 🫧 and will be gone in 2 days after opening the bottle 😆.
The taste is round sweetness of peach or melon 🍑. It seems to be a packaged sake 🙂↕️
The mouthfeel is also soft. However, there are some hard parts that give a sense of texture at times. Is this a characteristic of Gohyakumangoku 🤔?

The only limited edition of Collage is only available at a few liquor stores, and I have never seen it anywhere else!
