80% Aizan (special grade) from Hyogo Prefecture
The color is clear.
When the bottle is opened, it has a sweet aroma. It has a banana flavor with a slight aroma.
The taste is crisp and sweet. It is not thick, but rather cherry-like.
There is also a sourness, which is not so mild. Just the right amount of acidity, not sour, and doing a good job 🙂↕️
The ginjo aroma is weak at first, but the sweet aroma is amplified.
The aroma is clean and fades away quickly.
It is good to be able to feel the "character" of any kind of packaged sake 😊.

Commemorative 700 check-in at the corner of "Suzuden", a sacred place for sake, and my favorite Shinsei ⤴️
The clarity of this ultra-low-pasteurized sake is as expected from Shinmasa.
The aroma of muscat and the mellow and complex sweet and sour taste is like plum wine.
This is my second time to try Nilgame and it is really delicious 😆👍️❤️

Akita Sake Komachi 100%.
The color is a yellowish yellow.
Smell of cedar. It is a wooden vat.
The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated🫧.
The taste is thin, sweet and refreshing, with a strong acidity. When tasted, it has a sweetness like apple🍎.
Since the rice is milled at a low level, there is a base of rice flavor throughout.
The flavor is very smooth and it fades away at the end.
As I was leaving, there was a bottle next to the counter and I was allowed to take a picture 🙏.
I read on the back of the bottle that the toji retired and they had a hard time this year 🤔.
So this year is temporary 🫥.
I will have to drink it again next year ❗️

This restaurant serves Jyushiyo Honmaru only on Fridays.
Usually it's full and you can't get in, but luckily I was able to 😊.
The color is clear.
Smell is moist and sweet.
Mouthfeel is slightly carbonated.
Taste is soft sweetness like peach🍑 or melon🍈. There is a bitter aftertaste.
I was a bit uncomfortable because I was drinking standing up, and I drank too fast😅.

Purchased to drink a variety of packaged liquors.
Sake rice is Gohyakumangoku.
The color is clear.
The aroma is weak for a sake with a package tag.
The mouthfeel is super slightly carbonated 🫧 and will be gone in 2 days after opening the bottle 😆.
The taste is round sweetness of peach or melon 🍑. It seems to be a packaged sake 🙂↕️
The mouthfeel is also soft. However, there are some hard parts that give a sense of texture at times. Is this a characteristic of Gohyakumangoku 🤔?
There is a subtle astringency in the aftertaste.
One set up to here 😄.
It's amazing how any sake rice can make you think "oh it's like a packaged sake".
The more I drink, the more I want to try different versions of this sake 🍶😊.

I checked online and found that it is sold in limited quantities. The name Suzuden is on the distributor's list, so it must be so. 🙂↕️

The aroma is very refreshing.
Mild, loose 🫠 sweet taste in the mouth.
It comes on quickly like a peppermint, and the throat is thick.
A bitter taste lingers in the aftertaste.
You can also enjoy the full-bodied ginjo aroma 😊.
I can't think of a similar sake 🍶.
The name is also very elegant and unique tasting sake 🍶.

I was looking in a liquor store on my way to work when I saw a Collage that I had never seen before!
Collage Junmai Ginjo Fukunoka Nigori
The first time I went to the store, I saw a new rice for sake brewing, "Fukunoka"!
The only limited edition of Collage is only available at a few liquor stores, and I have never seen it anywhere else!
The sake was so good that it blew the crown off! It tasted so good that it blew the crown off with a mighty bang!
Rice polishing ratio: 50%.
Alcohol content: 16%.

It's already been a month since the cherry blossoms in Tokyo 🌸 have fallen.
I'm drinking Hana-kun right now😅.
Let's start with the supernatant.
The top aroma is slightly peach and berry.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the sweet and sour carbonation.
It's not that sweet, like a canned chu-hai "Horoyoi".
When you mix in the cork, you can smell the sweet aroma of koji malt.
When you put it in your mouth, it is not dry, but it is moderately sweet.
The balance of sweet, sour, and spicy that everyone can enjoy is just like Mimuro Sugi.
I would like to drink it again next year as a juice.
