A corner bar of a liquor store that has been around since 1850.
They pour it into a glass at the counter, so I couldn't get the label... sorry for the picture of the glass in the middle of drinking 🙏.
The color is light amber.
It has a creamy sweetness in the mouth. I wonder if it is similar to other Miyamanishiki brands.
The mouthfeel is mild and gentle.
The aftertaste is bitter and sour, and the acidity gives it a nice sharpness.
It is mild and easy to drink.
