The color is a yellowish yellow.
Smell of cedar. It is a wooden vat.
The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated🫧.
The taste is thin, sweet and refreshing, with a strong acidity. When tasted, it has a sweetness like apple🍎.
Since the rice is milled at a low level, there is a base of rice flavor throughout.
The flavor is very smooth and it fades away at the end.
As I was leaving, there was a bottle next to the counter and I was allowed to take a picture 🙏.
I read on the back of the bottle that the toji retired and they had a hard time this year 🤔.

Sake rice is Gohyakumangoku.
The color is clear.
The aroma is weak for a sake with a package tag.
The mouthfeel is super slightly carbonated 🫧 and will be gone in 2 days after opening the bottle 😆.

I thought it was a sake rice like Hwang Suisen, but it seems to be different. I checked on the internet and it seems that the sake rice is 80% Omachi.
