I wanted to try it once 💪.
100% Yamadanishiki produced in Nara
The color is clear.
The aroma is fresh with a hint of wood.
The mouthfeel is super slightly carbonated.
As the carbonation dissipates, it softly seeps into the mouth.
The taste is sweet and slightly sour. It tastes like green apple.
The aftertaste is sweet and umami from the rice, and it disappears fleetingly. The hint of ginjo aroma spreads gently.
Despite the 13% alcohol content, you can feel that you are enjoying luxury 😊.
Delicate and thin bodied, yet a sake with a strong core 🍶.
