We received this bottle from Izumiya on Sunday. They said the next shipment would arrive on Tuesday. It will not be here until then, and the refrigerator in the store is running out of it.
It came from Shinshu by boat. It is said to be dry, but the sake is refreshing, crisp, and still delicious 😋.
Yesterday I went to the Motobu Yaedake Cherry Blossom Festival...the earliest cherry blossoms in Japan.
