Timeline
boukenSake purchased when Nemuchi and I went to a liquor store in Kitasenri. I think we both bought the same sake.
According to the liquor store's website, it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
It has a rummy atmosphere and a unique sweetness that I have never had before. It has a grapefruit-like taste, too.
There is also quite a bit of acidity. I would like to try many other Abu-no-Tsuru sakes.
Maybe it is better after the second day than freshly opened? ねむちbouken, I bought the same one here 😊 and it's still waiting in the fridge 👍I haven't had a turn to drink it yet, but if it's unfiltered raw sake, I'd better open the bottle as soon as possible 😅. boukenHi Nemuchi 😃
It was interesting to see how many things change after opening 😁I don't recommend after the 3rd day 😅. boukenI've been curious about Oku for a long time, but this is the first time I'm drinking it.
I've been trying to drink brands I haven't tried recently.
It is juicy and fruity, but not too sweet and easy to drink. It is easy to drink, but there is a bit of spiciness and a touch of alcohol in the latter half of the bottle. It has a high alcohol content, so be careful not to drink too much.
It tastes better after a few days than freshly opened. takeshonGood morning, bouken 😃!
I didn't know it was your first time to visit the back of our Aichi Prefecture 😆I know, many of the drinks in Aichi Prefecture are very rich, aren't they? boukenHello takeshon ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I've been looking at this a lot, but I've been putting it off for a long time 😅I think we have a lot in common, as does Isao Heki. I like it because it's very drinkable 😊. boukenTatsusen is a first. The rice called "Kyo no Hana No.1" is also new to me. The name alone might make you think it is Kyoto rice😅.
It seems to be a phantom rice revived by the Tatsusen brewery. Is the aroma a little peculiar? It has a beautiful and elegant fruity taste. It's hard to describe its complexity. It is a light sake. There is a strong sense of extract and grain. The acidity is strong at the end. It has a caramel-like taste.
The overall impression is dry. Fruity and dry? 誉池月Pink 桃色活性にごり本醸造原酒生酒にごり酒発泡 boukenIt was sold out on the website, but in the store it was a last one.
What does it mean that the sake can be distributed at room temperature even though it is labeled "Nama-shu"? Is it possible that only the nigori portion is raw and the sake itself is fire-aged?
I saw the description "nama sake" so I'll tag it as nama sake for now.
It tastes like a rich strawberry au lait. It has a fizzy taste, but it is weak.
I have the impression that it fades out at the end with a strong alcohol taste, which may be due to the fact that it is hydrogenated. ちょろきMr. BOUKEN
Good evening!
It says "requires refrigeration.
That's also a strange description😅. boukenGood evening Choroki 😃
I'm not sure what is correct because different liquor stores use different labels such as raw, fire-roasted, etc. 🤣the label says it's raw sake 😅. ポンちゃんGood morning, bouken!
Glad you found it in the store!
It's rare to find something that tastes like strawberry au lait 😳️‼️. boukenGood evening, Ponchan 😃.
I went there for another sake and I was lucky to find this one too 😁I think the peach color nigori is very hit or miss 😅If it's a hit, it tastes like strawberry au lait 😋. boukenIt is said to be the world's first sake using watermelon koji and watermelon yeast.
It is refreshing, slightly sweet and spicy. It has a slight watermelon flavor.
I wonder if it would be a little sweeter if it were made with rice other than Tamakae rice.
It has a little more muscat flavor than watermelon. It's more like a freshly stored sake than a freshly brewed sake. ゆかちんWatermelon 🍉😳 Interesting drink ‼️. boukenGood morning, Yucachin-san 🌄.
Watermelon yeast? I bought it because I was curious about the yeast. I was curious about it, so I bought it 😄I guess it's more about impact than taste🤔The taste is more ordinary than I thought 🤣. 兎御殿bouken Hello 🐰
Watermelon koji & yeast? Of course I'm interested in the taste, but the Usara label 🐰 is so cute that if it were me, I'd buy a packet 😍. boukenHi Usagi Goten 😀
If you are Usagi-Goden, you would buy it immediately because of the 🐰 label 😉 The regular rabbit label seems to be quite dry. This one is not sweet, but it tastes a little like 🍉😊. boukenKaze no Mori is available at only two stores nationwide.
The specs are Junmai Daiginjo. The rice used for the brewing may change depending on the year. It has a strong minerality. The aroma is a bit like rummy. Kaze no Mori has a dry, clean taste. This is the first time for me to drink such a polished Kaze no Mori. tkmtsMr. Bouken.
Both shops are far away.
I don't think I can drink for the rest of my life🤣. boukenGood morning 🌄
I'd like to start a new thread about this. boukenProbably the last time up for home drinking in the year. I'm going to drink outside in the evening after this. This is the one I opened yesterday and forgot to post.
It's been a while since I've had it. It's been 2 years since the first release.
The label and the bottle are different from before, but this one is really cool.
It has a gorgeous but calm ginjo aroma, and the mouthfeel is calm and refreshing. It has a peachy taste. The previous Shiboritate had a gassy feel, but this one doesn't.
I like the episodes surrounding the name of Kuzo.
The regular Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Aizan, which are not Shiboritate, might have been better.
It used to be only Junmai Ginjo with Omachi and Yamadanishiki, but they renewed it as Junmai Daiginjo and the Junmai Ginjo is now only Yamadanishiki.
Kuzo is my parents' favorite sake, and I've known it for a long time and am familiar with it. 誉池月佐香錦60 木槽しぼり純米原酒生酒無濾過槽しぼり boukenA type of floweriness and doshiness coexist.
There is also a refreshing feeling like an herb. It's a type I've never had before. T.KISOGood evening, bouken-san😄.
I've been drinking a lot of sake and this is the first one I've ever had💦.
And it's Shimane sake 😆. boukenT.KISO Good evening😸
I think it is a very rare type of sake, but I think that the sake that T.KISO-san used to drink in Shimane is more unique and inexpressible😃. boukenThe rice is Miyamanishiki. Polishing ratio 49%.
It has a beautiful sweet and umami taste.
It has a fine gaseous feeling and is fruity and gorgeous. It has an apple-like taste, but it also has a burnt apple feel. It is also refreshing. It is also good for the cost. boukenIt's a type of taste that you don't find very often. boukenIt's usually sold as a fire-retarded sake, but they specially packaged it as a raw sake. It has a beautiful taste like a Daiginjo at the entrance, but it comes on strong in the second half. It is dry but easy to drink.
It's not listed on the label, but the liquor store says it's unfiltered undiluted sake. boukenArabashiri is the most delicious and cosmopolitan of Kiyotsuru. It is sold all year round. 一合でベロベロ勢I remembered seeing it on YouTube, so I tried my hand at Kaiun.
I don't usually drink nigorizake, but it has a slight sourness and bubbles. It's not sweet, but has a crisp, clean taste that makes it easy to drink.
I was hooked on sake once again, but if I had been hooked before Corona, it would have been a bad idea. I would have been drunk every day.
I'm sure I'll never fully recover, but until the day comes when I can enjoy sake at the store again, I'll do my small part to support sake!
I'm really weak, so it's only a little bit, but... 一合でベロベロ勢I thought it was a fruity type that comes in clear, but then the flavor comes and it's delicious.
All of the sake from Yamamoto Sake Brewery is delicious.
I'm happy, but it's kind of frustrating. 一合でベロベロ勢I tried to remove the lid without thinking, and the lid flew off like champagne.
It's a gassy feeling that you can't help but feel anticipation.
My thoughts exactly: "A slightly sweet and unctuous cider?
It may not sound like much, but sake is so refreshing! It's so good that it makes you wonder if sake is that refreshing!
With such a wide range of directions, sake is truly a drink with deep pockets. 一合でベロベロ勢I didn't know anything about it and just took it as recommended.
As a result, it was a mess.
The slight sour taste made me think "Hmm? But from the second sip, I was hooked and drank it up in no time.
一合でベロベロ勢This is the first time I've bought my own origami (probably)
I bought it because I was told it was recommended for women, but it is indeed easy to drink and I gulp it down.
It's not sticky sweet, but refreshing and lightly sweet. It's very light and refreshing.
The packaging is cute, so why not try it with a couple? boukenPoco stretto is a speed sign and a little tense, narrow in Italian. It's narrow and tight in Italian. It means narrow and tight in Italian. Is it a representation of the current social situation? It has a feeling of sweetness, gas and mineral. It gives the impression that the acidity was subtracted from the Daihai Macho and sweetness was added. boukenIt doesn't say so, but I checked and it says it's a 50% polished Junmai Ginjo. MantaSorry for the comment, bouken.
That's an interesting label ^ ^.
Dolphins, sea lions, turtles and penguins from the bottom
I guess so 🙂
Nineteen was curious about the various labels.
I'd like to drink it 😊. boukenManta, good evening. This is a complete jacket purchase. It's cute, but not many stores carry cats and dogs, so it's hard to buy them 😥 boukenIt's sweeter when it's close to room temperature. syan2The cover is cute (*ˊ˘ˋ*)...:*°It's a ginjo, so it looks delicious. boukenGood evening, syan2. It's a little fizzy and gentle and sweet 😊 boukenThis is the first time to drink it at home. It's a different type of sake than I had imagined Juku to be, but it's easy to drink without any peculiarities. It's heavier than the 19 series but lighter than the general nama-shu. The rice is probably the same as in the other series. boukenMaybe because it was bottled in January and shipped in November, it has a slight sense of maturity to it. boukenThe taste changes a little bit after opening the bottle. The sweetness seems to have gone somewhere. boukenWhen I went there with the intention of buying it, I was told it was too peculiar and not recommended, so I tasted it. It's not bad, but I heard that it had a strong pickle-like flavor until it settled down after two weeks of opening, so I didn't buy it. It seems to be aged in the brewery. boukenI heard the brewer was a pro boxer. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
