The other day I heard the news that a liquor store near our house has started handling a new sake that has been the talk of the town in the Kansai sakéwai world😇. In particular. Aladdin-san was very enthusiastic about it, so I decided that I had to go to this liquor store because it was close to our house 😀 I visited this liquor store with Kaorin for the first time. I was surprised to know that there was such a liquor store nearby, but what surprised me even more was that everyone in Kansai Sake-no-Wa knew of such a store 😇. It was my first time to try Miyanomatsu sake, and it was a very tasty sake with a strong flavor 😀. It went well with the mushroom and pork nabe we had today 😀. I was also surprised that they were kind enough to let me take a picture of them even though it was my first time visiting the store 😇. Kaze no Mori's selection of sake was also very attractive, and I now have another favorite liquor store 😀.

Good evening, Yasube-san 🌃 Yamamoto Sake Shop, the people at the store are very personable 🤗I've been wondering if I should buy it since it is 1 year old Miyanomatsu 🤔.

Good evening, bouken-san 😀 As expected of bouken-san, I was surprised that he knows all the liquor stores around our house 🤣. I'm very impressed by the new encounters 😀. Miyanomatsu-san was a delicious sake that didn't seem to have aged much 😀.

Good evening, Yasube 😃. Thank you for the detailed information about Yamamoto Sake Shop 😊Miyanomatsu, I'm drunk 🤤. I also want to buy Kaze no Mori's annual year-end PB sake "Come spring to my house" since it is only available at Yamamoto-san or Sake no Daisune-san 🉏 ☺️

Hi Yasbay 😃 I'm sure you're right! Kansai Sake-no-Wa-kai's information network has no loose ends 🤗Tochigi-kenmin-kai is also good because it's fun and useful to talk about that sake from that liquor store ‼️👍.

Sake purchased when Nemuchi and I went to a liquor store in Kitasenri. I think we both bought the same sake. According to the liquor store's website, it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It has a rummy atmosphere and a unique sweetness that I have never had before. It has a grapefruit-like taste, too. There is also quite a bit of acidity. I would like to try many other Abu-no-Tsuru sakes. Maybe it is better after the second day than freshly opened?

bouken, I bought the same one here 😊 and it's still waiting in the fridge 👍I haven't had a turn to drink it yet, but if it's unfiltered raw sake, I'd better open the bottle as soon as possible 😅.

I've been curious about Oku for a long time, but this is the first time I'm drinking it. I've been trying to drink brands I haven't tried recently. It is juicy and fruity, but not too sweet and easy to drink. It is easy to drink, but there is a bit of spiciness and a touch of alcohol in the latter half of the bottle. It has a high alcohol content, so be careful not to drink too much. It tastes better after a few days than freshly opened.

Tatsusen is a first. The rice called "Kyo no Hana No.1" is also new to me. The name alone might make you think it is Kyoto rice😅. It seems to be a phantom rice revived by the Tatsusen brewery. Is the aroma a little peculiar? It has a beautiful and elegant fruity taste. It's hard to describe its complexity. It is a light sake. There is a strong sense of extract and grain. The acidity is strong at the end. It has a caramel-like taste. The overall impression is dry. Fruity and dry?

It was sold out on the website, but in the store it was a last one. What does it mean that the sake can be distributed at room temperature even though it is labeled "Nama-shu"? Is it possible that only the nigori portion is raw and the sake itself is fire-aged? I saw the description "nama sake" so I'll tag it as nama sake for now. It tastes like a rich strawberry au lait. It has a fizzy taste, but it is weak. I have the impression that it fades out at the end with a strong alcohol taste, which may be due to the fact that it is hydrogenated.

It is said to be the world's first sake using watermelon koji and watermelon yeast. It is refreshing, slightly sweet and spicy. It has a slight watermelon flavor. I wonder if it would be a little sweeter if it were made with rice other than Tamakae rice. It has a little more muscat flavor than watermelon. It's more like a freshly stored sake than a freshly brewed sake.

Kaze no Mori is available at only two stores nationwide. The specs are Junmai Daiginjo. The rice used for the brewing may change depending on the year. It has a strong minerality. The aroma is a bit like rummy. Kaze no Mori has a dry, clean taste. This is the first time for me to drink such a polished Kaze no Mori.

Probably the last time up for home drinking in the year. I'm going to drink outside in the evening after this. This is the one I opened yesterday and forgot to post. It's been a while since I've had it. It's been 2 years since the first release. The label and the bottle are different from before, but this one is really cool. It has a gorgeous but calm ginjo aroma, and the mouthfeel is calm and refreshing. It has a peachy taste. The previous Shiboritate had a gassy feel, but this one doesn't. I like the episodes surrounding the name of Kuzo. The regular Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Aizan, which are not Shiboritate, might have been better. It used to be only Junmai Ginjo with Omachi and Yamadanishiki, but they renewed it as Junmai Daiginjo and the Junmai Ginjo is now only Yamadanishiki. Kuzo is my parents' favorite sake, and I've known it for a long time and am familiar with it.

The rice is Miyamanishiki. Polishing ratio 49%. It has a beautiful sweet and umami taste. It has a fine gaseous feeling and is fruity and gorgeous. It has an apple-like taste, but it also has a burnt apple feel. It is also refreshing. It is also good for the cost.

It's usually sold as a fire-retarded sake, but they specially packaged it as a raw sake. It has a beautiful taste like a Daiginjo at the entrance, but it comes on strong in the second half. It is dry but easy to drink. It's not listed on the label, but the liquor store says it's unfiltered undiluted sake.

I remembered seeing it on YouTube, so I tried my hand at Kaiun. I don't usually drink nigorizake, but it has a slight sourness and bubbles. It's not sweet, but has a crisp, clean taste that makes it easy to drink. I was hooked on sake once again, but if I had been hooked before Corona, it would have been a bad idea. I would have been drunk every day. I'm sure I'll never fully recover, but until the day comes when I can enjoy sake at the store again, I'll do my small part to support sake! I'm really weak, so it's only a little bit, but...

I tried to remove the lid without thinking, and the lid flew off like champagne. It's a gassy feeling that you can't help but feel anticipation. My thoughts exactly: "A slightly sweet and unctuous cider? It may not sound like much, but sake is so refreshing! It's so good that it makes you wonder if sake is that refreshing! With such a wide range of directions, sake is truly a drink with deep pockets.

Poco stretto is a speed sign and a little tense, narrow in Italian. It's narrow and tight in Italian. It means narrow and tight in Italian. Is it a representation of the current social situation? It has a feeling of sweetness, gas and mineral. It gives the impression that the acidity was subtracted from the Daihai Macho and sweetness was added.

This is the first time to drink it at home. It's a different type of sake than I had imagined Juku to be, but it's easy to drink without any peculiarities. It's heavier than the 19 series but lighter than the general nama-shu. The rice is probably the same as in the other series.
