I found a sake I was interested in, so I bought it when I went to a liquor store in Kitasenri
It has a clean but sweet taste with a light ripeness.
The sweetness is quite unique and chemical-like 😅.
The alcohol aftertaste is a bit strong. The aftertaste is a bit strong, like alcohol smell...
It tastes a little bit hackneyed...
I personally would have preferred a more mellow taste.
