bouken
Probably the last time up for home drinking in the year. I'm going to drink outside in the evening after this. This is the one I opened yesterday and forgot to post.
It's been a while since I've had it. It's been 2 years since the first release.
The label and the bottle are different from before, but this one is really cool.
It has a gorgeous but calm ginjo aroma, and the mouthfeel is calm and refreshing. It has a peachy taste. The previous Shiboritate had a gassy feel, but this one doesn't.
I like the episodes surrounding the name of Kuzo.
The regular Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki, Omachi, and Aizan, which are not Shiboritate, might have been better.
It used to be only Junmai Ginjo with Omachi and Yamadanishiki, but they renewed it as Junmai Daiginjo and the Junmai Ginjo is now only Yamadanishiki.
Kuzo is my parents' favorite sake, and I've known it for a long time and am familiar with it.
