It was sold out on the website, but in the store it was a last one. What does it mean that the sake can be distributed at room temperature even though it is labeled "Nama-shu"? Is it possible that only the nigori portion is raw and the sake itself is fire-aged? I saw the description "nama sake" so I'll tag it as nama sake for now. It tastes like a rich strawberry au lait. It has a fizzy taste, but it is weak. I have the impression that it fades out at the end with a strong alcohol taste, which may be due to the fact that it is hydrogenated.

Good evening Choroki 😃 I'm not sure what is correct because different liquor stores use different labels such as raw, fire-roasted, etc. 🤣the label says it's raw sake 😅.

Good evening, Ponchan 😃. I went there for another sake and I was lucky to find this one too 😁I think the peach color nigori is very hit or miss 😅If it's a hit, it tastes like strawberry au lait 😋.
