Sake purchased when Nemuchi and I went to a liquor store in Kitasenri. I think we both bought the same sake. According to the liquor store's website, it is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It has a rummy atmosphere and a unique sweetness that I have never had before. It has a grapefruit-like taste, too. There is also quite a bit of acidity. I would like to try many other Abu-no-Tsuru sakes. Maybe it is better after the second day than freshly opened?

bouken, I bought the same one here 😊 and it's still waiting in the fridge 👍I haven't had a turn to drink it yet, but if it's unfiltered raw sake, I'd better open the bottle as soon as possible 😅.
