Kaze no Mori is available at only two stores nationwide.
The specs are Junmai Daiginjo. The rice used for the brewing may change depending on the year. It has a strong minerality. The aroma is a bit like rummy. Kaze no Mori has a dry, clean taste. This is the first time for me to drink such a polished Kaze no Mori.
