bouken
It is said to be the world's first sake using watermelon koji and watermelon yeast.
It is refreshing, slightly sweet and spicy. It has a slight watermelon flavor.
I wonder if it would be a little sweeter if it were made with rice other than Tamakae rice.
It has a little more muscat flavor than watermelon. It's more like a freshly stored sake than a freshly brewed sake.

Good morning, Yucachin-san 🌄.
Watermelon yeast? I bought it because I was curious about the yeast. I was curious about it, so I bought it 😄I guess it's more about impact than taste🤔The taste is more ordinary than I thought 🤣.

bouken Hello 🐰
Watermelon koji & yeast? Of course I'm interested in the taste, but the Usara label 🐰 is so cute that if it were me, I'd buy a packet 😍.

Hi Usagi Goten 😀
If you are Usagi-Goden, you would buy it immediately because of the 🐰 label 😉 The regular rabbit label seems to be quite dry. This one is not sweet, but it tastes a little like 🍉😊.
