I remembered seeing it on YouTube, so I tried my hand at Kaiun. I don't usually drink nigorizake, but it has a slight sourness and bubbles. It's not sweet, but has a crisp, clean taste that makes it easy to drink. I was hooked on sake once again, but if I had been hooked before Corona, it would have been a bad idea. I would have been drunk every day. I'm sure I'll never fully recover, but until the day comes when I can enjoy sake at the store again, I'll do my small part to support sake! I'm really weak, so it's only a little bit, but...

I tried to remove the lid without thinking, and the lid flew off like champagne. It's a gassy feeling that you can't help but feel anticipation. My thoughts exactly: "A slightly sweet and unctuous cider? It may not sound like much, but sake is so refreshing! It's so good that it makes you wonder if sake is that refreshing! With such a wide range of directions, sake is truly a drink with deep pockets.

Poco stretto is a speed sign and a little tense, narrow in Italian. It's narrow and tight in Italian. It means narrow and tight in Italian. Is it a representation of the current social situation? It has a feeling of sweetness, gas and mineral. It gives the impression that the acidity was subtracted from the Daihai Macho and sweetness was added.

It doesn't say so, but I checked and it says it's a 50% polished Junmai Ginjo.

Sorry for the comment, bouken. That's an interesting label ^ ^. Dolphins, sea lions, turtles and penguins from the bottom I guess so 🙂 Nineteen was curious about the various labels. I'd like to drink it 😊.

Manta, good evening. This is a complete jacket purchase. It's cute, but not many stores carry cats and dogs, so it's hard to buy them 😥

It's sweeter when it's close to room temperature.

This is the first time to drink it at home. It's a different type of sake than I had imagined Juku to be, but it's easy to drink without any peculiarities. It's heavier than the 19 series but lighter than the general nama-shu. The rice is probably the same as in the other series.

Maybe because it was bottled in January and shipped in November, it has a slight sense of maturity to it.

The taste changes a little bit after opening the bottle. The sweetness seems to have gone somewhere.

When I went there with the intention of buying it, I was told it was too peculiar and not recommended, so I tasted it. It's not bad, but I heard that it had a strong pickle-like flavor until it settled down after two weeks of opening, so I didn't buy it. It seems to be aged in the brewery.

I heard the brewer was a pro boxer.

Apparently the #1 tank is the navy blue label and the #2 tank is the white label and tastes different. In fact, the taste is gentler than the Kon Kon Kon Kon label I drank before (though the alcohol content is the same but higher). It has a light feeling of ripeness, a nutty taste and a sweetness that you can feel. I heard a rumor that they were going out of business, so I asked the liquor store about it, and they said they will continue to serve it next year.

I think there's a pretty good chance it will close in the current brewer's generation.

It doesn't matter what you drink after this, you'll feel lighter.
