Jointly developed by regional trading company Yamaguchi and Sumikawa Sake Brewery. Just before the Shimane sake event, Nemuchi-san contacted me and told me that it was sold at Keihan Department Store. Thank you very much 🙏. Almost no aroma. It has a rich, juicy sweetness. It's sweeter than the usual Toyo Bijin and I like it. I would like to follow this series as it seems to be released seasonally.

When I returned to my parents' home in Osaka for the New Year's holiday, I brought one that I had purchased at a department store. In Kansai, you often see them in department stores, but not outside the area. It has a slightly sweet aroma. When you drink it, it has a sharp taste and a very sharp aftertaste. The dryness characteristic of Nara's sake is still present.

Because it is written "Soyasui", I think it is probably made from "Bodai-gan" or "Sui-gan". It tastes like a lactic acid bacteria drink like Calpis or Yakult. It is a very challenging sake for a major maker. This kind of sake doesn't have as much sweetness as the sake level. It was minus the sake content, but the aftertaste was quite pungent. It's a little bit like Takanaga's Bodhidoki.

It said it was dry, but the lightness and fruity mouthfeel made it easy to drink. It's a Meimon Shukokai sake, but I thought you couldn't buy Chiyotsuru in Kansai.

I'm sure you've heard of it, but I've never heard of it. I'm sure you'll be able to find something to suit your needs. It's very smooth and refreshing. The first half is flat and the second half has a crisp alcohol feel to it. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Sweet but classic taste.

From the bottle to the label and the cork, it looks like a wine at first glance. It's been nearly a year since it was made, but it seems to be a new wine. It seems to be a basic aged wine. They sell it by year. The aroma is not like Japanese sake. Is it like a whisky? Smoky feeling too. A trace of minerals in the drink.

I bought a jacket. It doesn't say on the label, but it seems to be a sake brewing business. The department store said it was sweet on the label, but it's pretty spicy. It's probably from the principle principle principle or the aroma is slightly like a milk drink. The aftertaste is sharp with a strong acidity. When you roll it in your mouth, it has a fruity taste. I would like to try Otokoyama. The one with a penguin label.

It is made of strong rice (Gouriki). Tottori has a strong image of dry taste, but this sake is fruity and gorgeous. It's easy to drink and refreshing in spite of its strength.
