I bought it at Aeon when I went to Gojo for Bon holidays. There were also 4 cups, but it would have been hard if it was a hazing 😅. It's a regular sake for the local market. According to the official website, it has a rice polishing ratio of 71% and is made with No. 9 series yeast. It is said to be dry with a bitter-sweet taste like caramel in burnt pudding, but I felt it was mainly sweet all the time. I drank it at room temperature, but it may differ depending on the temperature range. It tastes better than the Goshin they bring to department stores😅. I like the five gods on the label. I'm a fan of the five gods on the label 🤣. Are they brothers? They all look so much alike 🤣. This is really good. I think Goshin should market this sake more!

The 7th Takashimaya Sake Festival (5) Takashimaya Buyer's Select Booth Amidst the Midorikawa and Akizuka brands, there was a corner for frozen nama-zake, which we have been paying attention to for a long time. The sake is frozen in a special device, so the price is over 1,000 yen for a 3-ounce bottle, but there are some rare and rare breweries in the lineup, so I'm personally interested in this genre of sake. There were a variety of sake breweries on the shelves, from major makers to local breweries, but only a limited number were available for tasting, so I tried Nara's Gokami. I even went to the front of the brewery the other day 😁. Gokami is not registered as a brand name even though there seems to be a good number of people drinking it.... I wonder if I have to tell the management about it? When I came to Goshin's tasting and sale at a department store, it seemed fresher than the sake sold there. It's just in between sweet and spicy, and flat. There was something I wanted, but I told them I'd come back later because it would melt if I put it in my basket and went around, and then I left.

Purchased at a department store Goshin of Nara was there for tasting and selling. When I was in Kansai, I used to drink it often at izakayas in Nara 🤤. It's been a long time since I bought it. Cold sake The unique ginjo aroma of nama sake Crisp and refreshing Slightly dry taste with enough umami of rice. Suitable as a mid-meal drink and goes well with strong-flavored food. Akizuka may be a similar type of sake.

I often see Goshin at tasting sales in department stores, but this was the first time I saw it, so I bought it. It has a slightly thickened mouthfeel. The impression is that you can feel the nuts and grains, but the spiciness gives it a sharp edge. Well 🤔 there is no sweetness at all 🤣. When I drink it again, the acidity is impressive and there is a trace of syrupy sweetness? It's sweet, but it's not very smooth or chunky...

When I returned to my parents' home in Osaka for the New Year's holiday, I brought one that I had purchased at a department store. Yodobashi Sake Shop is located at Yodobashi Camera at the west exit of Shinjuku Station. Although there are no premier sake brands, there are many brands and small bottles that are not usually distributed in Japan, so I sometimes check there. Goshin is located in Gojo City, Nara Prefecture. It has a peculiar aroma. I had traveled to Nara many times before to visit old temples and shrines, but I had never been to Gojo City, but then I realized that Chiryo Gakuen is located there.

This is a limited distribution product of Goshin. It doesn't say so, but a search shows that all the Ganao (read as "ano") are unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It's fresh and juicy, with a bit of gas. A little bitterness at the end. There are many variations of Ganao, so I think I'll give it a try. I often come to the department store.

こちらも大丸の試飲にて。綺麗な味だった。精米歩合50%って書いてたけどもっと高精米なお酒かと思うくらい綺麗な味わい。五神は生より火入れのほうがいいのかな?

奈良県五條市のお酒。先日飲んだ生貯蔵酒と同様に苦手な風味。ここのお酒合わないかもしれない。カビ臭が強い気がする。同じカビ臭でも秋鹿とかは不快じゃなかったんだけどなぁ。

何かに似てるなと思ってたんだけど國乃長のカエルラベルに少し似てる気がする。
