It seems there was a Teisho tasting at a liquor store in Kobe at the same time as the first day of the National Sake Fair, and when I went the following week, there were many Teishos lined up 😊. I've never seen such a lineup of Teimatsu before! There was also Akaban Omachi which I drank at a previous Japanese sake festival, but I was attracted by its fruity and juicy taste, so I bought this one! I thought it was sake Musashi or rice from Saitama, but I thought it was unusual that it was called Tamanae! Fresh, tropical, sweet and tasty. It is interesting that it is not made from Saitama's sake rice. The aftertaste is also quite fruity. I had an image of Teisho as a dry sake, but I didn't know there was such a fruity sake. As the temperature rises, there is a slight bitterness at the end.

bouken Hello 😃Hello 😃Sake from my hometown Saitama 🍶This sake is very modern and tasty, not unlike Teimatsu...I hope the young president will continue to challenge the brewery in many ways in the future.

Good morning brother 😊 I had a little bit of a problem with Teisho, but I really enjoyed this sake 😋. It's a very interesting brewery that uses basmati rice to make their sake 😁.
