Birth sake 🎂 "Iraka Gin/Kuro (birth sake)" from the newly established Iraka Sake Brewery in Matsukawa, which took over the Sanchei Sake Brewery in Chikuhoku.
It has a tangy sourness at first and sweetness in the aftertaste.
Fruity and very tasty!
Another attractive new addition to the Shinshu sake scene!
I am very much looking forward to the future!
