Tazake and Hiyoroki are strange sake that I can buy when I don't want them and can't buy when I want them, but my fridge situation was so bad that I went through them twice this time...lol. But when I thought about it, I like light nigori, and I wondered what it would be like if it were from Tasake, so I bought it while fighting with the fridge lol. I had kept it for 4 months, so it was mild. When I drank it, it was just like the Sawaya Matsumata and the Moriwari Usunigori Yamadanishiki that I drank just before. It's a bit schwarzy, but strangely moist as well...this might be something amazing. It was the same with Sawaya Matsumo, but the sweetness, umami, and acidity are well balanced without interfering with each other, so everyone will love it like this. I got the impression that this one has more nigari (though I couldn't see much because the bottle was black), so I could feel the lactic acidity more strongly. Both of them were too delicious!

Overall 8 (out of 10) Mr. Pekho, who likes dry taste, gave it a score of 9 My first Nagasaki sake 🍶. It's not the sharp, sweet and umami type that I like, but it's delicious 😋. The sake is "brewed to express the sea. It is said to be "brewed to express the sea". Is this the mineral taste? I guess you could say 🤔. Astringency, spiciness, and a subtle saltiness. It is a unique taste that I have never experienced before👍 It's a very refreshing drink that you can't stop sipping 👍. Best of Kuroko👍 to enhance your sashimi main meal. I had it chilled. The aroma is very nice and it is very refreshing.  -Aroma: Slight aroma of rice👍  -Aroma: Aroma of rice and a hint of astringency in the nose. Mineral feeling nurtured by the sea! Tonight we have yellowtail sashimi and cold tofu with wakame and purple onion in sweet vinegar. It goes well with soy sauce. ⭕️ Amazu-zuke enhances the sweetness and acidity not found in sake, and gives the rice a sweet taste! Kai-fu-do" is also this type. Good for sweets!

Overall 10 (out of 10) Sake from Chiba that Pekho-san bought at the liquor store today According to the description, "The aroma is reminiscent of ripe tropical fruits, and it creates a gorgeous and glamorous summer evening. according to the description. Delicious 😋. It's my favorite clear, sweet and delicious sake 😃. It's 14 degrees so it's easy to drink. It has a strong umami and sweetness at the beginning and a slight astringency in the back. It gradually closes down with a bit of astringency or rice flavor coming forward 😃. Mr. Pekho who likes dry wine gave it a 9 😅. I served it chilled. The aroma I felt was  -Aroma: Aroma of rice 👍  -Aroma: Continued aroma of rice. Today we had hors d'oeuvres with homemade ham, and for the main course, dumplings made by Pekho 🥟💕 We enjoyed potatoes from our neighbor's field as potatoes and enjoyed them! They were so good, I think I'll go out and buy 99 more tomorrow 🥰.

Daimine 3-grain Summer no Otosore, which I have been repeating since last year.  Refreshing, with a moderate sweetness and a pleasant bitterness that makes it very easy to drink.  Low alcohol content and very easy to drink 🍶.

Overall 8 (out of 10) Purchased Nabeshima, one of the sakes I was interested in at Sake no Wa. This is my first Saga sake 🍶. The spiciness that slightly tingles on the tongue greets you with the umami of the rice! It has a sweetness and umami, but the astringency keeps it from being too sweet. I got such a feeling from it! It was served chilled. The image of the aroma that I felt  -Aroma: Ginjo aroma👍  -Aroma: Not so much. Tasake Yamahai🎯 that I won in a New Year's lucky box.  Slightly sweet and fruity, with a light bitterness and a slight alcohol taste.  Delicious on its own, but even easier and tastier with a meal 😋.

The fifth bottle opened during GW was Tasake Junmai Daiginjo Gin Karasu. This is an expensive Tasake Junmai Daiginjo in a box. Its taste is a refreshing type with a characteristic acidity. The umami flavor gradually spreads afterwards, but this one is perfect with a meal, and you will never get tired of it! Rice polishing ratio: 45 Alcohol content: 16%.

Overall 9 (out of 10) The image of sweetness comes to the fore because it is a kijo sake. The rich, peachy sweetness is followed by a slight astringency with a hint of woodiness on the nose. It ends with a slight astringency along with a woody aroma that passes through the nose. If I had to say something extravagant, it would be perfect if the aroma of rice and the umami of rice could be felt a little more. The fizz was quite strong, took about 10 minutes to drink after opening the bottle.  Low sweetness, tart and refreshing all the way through.  There is a slight bitterness, but it doesn't bother me too much.

The cherry blossoms were in full bloom late this year, but after seeing the cherry blossoms in full bloom, I opened the cherry blossom series that I had stocked. First, Sentori Sakura OHANAMI I missed the first time I could buy the seasonal sake of SENKOU three years ago, and I could enjoy it again this year! I enjoyed the fresh, crisp and light spring sake with a sweet✕umami✕bitter aftertaste. Overall 10 (out of 10) Spicy 1 (-5 to 5: minus is fruity) Light 4 (-5-5: minus is rich) The Rice Sake! Not fruity. This is simply the taste of good rice! As if to say "This is the taste of rice! Straight and simple! There are no elaborate effects such as a lingering aftertaste at the beginning of drinking. The alcohol content is slightly low at 14%, which makes it easy to drink.

Perhaps due to this deliciousness and the slightly low alcohol content of 14 degrees, it is easy to drink more and more! It is very good! After finishing the whole bottle, I took a closer look at the label, It says, "Recommended to store refrigerated for 1 to 2 years. It is recommended to be refrigerated for one to two years.
