Happy New Year to you all! I've been wanting to drink Miyazumi's Nigori-shu for a long time! I've been wanting to drink it for a long time, so I bought it and chilled it in the fridge for a day. I'm so glad I drove all the way to buy it! I love nigori sake🎵! My personal ranking is Miyaizumi > Before Dawn > Oze no Yukidoke⛄ > Kawanakajima > Senkou⛄ Strength of sweetness Oze no Yukidoke⛄ > Miyazen > Kawanakajima > Senkou⛄ This is just my personal impression. Super kudos, Jr. I've had Jr.'s sake a few times, but it's a good match for me. This time too, the taste did not betray my expectations. I finished it at the fastest pace in the last few months. It's pretty tasty though! It's quite good, but when you compare it to the Jundaichi of Kankiku I think it is not that good. But maybe it's because of that subtle lack I found myself pouring the next cup into my choko. It goes well on its own or with snacks. It goes well with everything, especially as a food sake. Before you know it, you're drinking less and less. The sake is light and easy to drink The sweetness spreads and and then disappears, leaving behind a faint texture. Then it disappears. I can't stop, I can't stop. There is something like Kappa Ebisen There it is. Made in Yamagata Haguro-cho, 100% improved Shinko Rice polishing ratio 30%. Alcohol content 16-17 degrees
