I've been wanting to drink Miyazumi's Nigori-shu for a long time!
I've been wanting to drink it for a long time, so I bought it and chilled it in the fridge for a day.
I carefully opened the bottle with trepidation👌!
It is slightly fizzy and looks like ramune!
It has a refreshing sweetness, umami, and acidity.
Yes, it's as good as I imagined!
I'm so glad I drove all the way to buy it!
I love nigori sake🎵!
My personal ranking is
Miyaizumi > Before Dawn > Oze no Yukidoke⛄ > Kawanakajima > Senkou⛄
Strength of sweetness
Oze no Yukidoke⛄ > Miyazen > Kawanakajima > Senkou⛄
This is just my personal impression.
Of course Senkou was delicious too😆.
